Studio Modra is presented as a three-story studio environment for a multidisciplinary design firm. The concept uses warm wood tones, concrete texture, muted blue accents, and a central stair to create a workplace that feels grounded, modern, and expressive.
Multidisciplinary Program
The plan supports architecture, landscape architecture, and interior design teams with meeting, office, material, and studio spaces.
Central Circulation
The sculptural stair becomes the visual and functional core, connecting levels and giving the space a memorable identity.
Material Identity
Warm browns, concrete-painted walls, wood finishes, and muted blue accents create a calm but professional studio atmosphere.
Design highlights
The project combines plans, diagrams, sections, and rendered interior views to explain how the studio works from both a functional and emotional point of view.
